UNDERCOOLING

Hi

My 96 1.8 petrol is underheating temp never goes above the "N" at best - does warm up in traffic but then rapidly shoots back down once moving.

Replaced the thermastat, no leaks or white smoke or water in the oil - even tried running while standing with the expansion cap off still nothing,

Any ideas would be really appreciated
