And the last video from my intake manifold series...


A split PCV hose seems to be a common cause of vacuum leaks. In my case the hose was soft and collapsing. If you're doing the job, replace the valve too as they're cheap enough. Finally inspect the oil separator and crankcase innards for sludge. And, if you're replacing the intake manifold with new kit, you may have little choice but to upgrade all these components anyway :driving:
