Use the grade that HENRY,put in it when it was new
5W-30,any brand,just as long as it has got a
current API rating.

Get yourself down to Asda and buy the Texaco Havoline Energy 5W-30 oil. It is indeed the same oil as Ford will sell you but cheaper.
