Right here is my problem, still no one can seem to put there finger on it.

Start the car up, idles fine no problems, engage first gear while the car is in motion push in the clutch so the car is free wheeling, then the revs istead of dropping to about 800 or 900 rpms its shoots up to anywhere between 3500 and 4200 rpm's.
When u bring the car to a standstill revs drop to normal again?? Ive cleaned the throttle body the secondries checked the throttle position sensor and that works. so what else could it be and how would i fix it now?
