You need 2 unique working keys to add more keys without software.

The extended licence in Forscan allows you to add/remove keys depending on the cars build date. Not
sure if it can add keys to later cars?

 

I manage one part. To IPC go on( bring 12v) to try program the keys and scan for dtc, but then things go crazy. I using IDS with code/incode and go to rfa key programing... After folowing all instruction keys are not able to program into the rfa... Also add key is not succesfuly, as module initilizing , and erase and program a key options.... Now i assume that rfa module is dead and because this i canot program new keys and i dont have stored old keys. If i try to use forscan and go rfa programing i just receve message about lost comunication with eslc..... For dtc i have two which is related for this problem. B10D8 Key less that minimum programmed and U0167 Lost comunication with vehicle immobilizator

 

You need full "ignition", not just IPC.
Which model/year is your MK4? Facelift or preFaclift?

 

PreFacelift, but i manage to fix the issues. Basicly wrong firmware put into rfa. I manage to recovery with good firmware. I was need ignition ON to connect IDS and Forscan to fix the issues. Basicly bring 12V onto fuse of IPC in engine fuse box
