Cig lighter not working, fuse?

Hey guys, months ago i dropped a metal tipped pen into the cig lighter, with much sparking ensuing. Now it wont work. Have i just blown a fuse (i have looked for one) or have i broke the lighter?

For the MK2 its Fuse "F27" and its 15 amp located behind the glove box not sure if its the same for the MK3 though

According to my info for the MK3 (facelift), it is fuse 68 in the glovebox.
